Your generous contributions help us to educate and advocate for fair and reasonable use of legal rental property through community involvement. 

FOK is an all volunteer team. Funds cover the costs for website maintenance, software applications and consulting as needed.

Major credit and debit cards and PayPal payments accepted. Make a one time lump sum, or a monthly affordable recurring payment. Our goal is 60 monthly1 subscriptions of $50 each.
